INTRODUCTION
Clean-In-Place (CIP) systems are automated systems used to clean the interior surfaces of process pipes, processing vessels, tanks, mixers, blenders, homogenizers, and associated fittings, without disassembling the process. Thorough, repeatable in-place cleaning is critical to the quality of your product, the safety of consumers-and your bottom line.
This CIP skid is a simplicity, self-contained system, it is for heat exchangers, and it is also can be used for some small containers.
 

OPERATION STEPS

• Connect it to the heat exchanger
• Mixing the detergent with water in the tank
• Start the heating
• Circulating the cleaning solution a couple of hours
• Drain the solution
• Rinse by clean water
• Disconnect the CIP unit
