Product Description


This machine is suitable for packing blisters, tubes, ampoules, and other related objects into boxes intermittently. The highest speed can up to 150 boxes/min. It has the advantage of high packing efficiency and good quality. This machine can fold a leaflet, open a box, insert a blister into a box(carton), emboss a batch number, and close the box automatically. It adopts a frequency inverter to adjust speed, human-machine interface to operate, PLC to control, and photoelectric to supervise and control each station the reasons automatically, which can solve the troubles in time. This machine can be used separately, and also can be linked to another machine to be a production line. 1.Characteristic

  1. PLC control and touch screen, adopt human-machine operation system
  2. The lubrication system is centralized.
  3. No packing object, stop feeding leaflet.
  4. No leaflets, stop feeding cartons.
  5. The machine will not execute inserting action in case of no packing objects or in the wrong position; when packing objects supply recovers, the machine will run automatically.
  6. Auto-stop in case that the object is not inserted correctly.
  7. Auto-stop in case cartons run out and Auto stop in case that leaflets run out.
  8. Mechanical overload protection arrangement.
  9. Auto display of speed and auto counting.
