1.Description
ZHJ-150 Automatic Cartoning machine applies to the encase packing of blisters, vials, cosmetics, poker and similar stuff. This machine can fold leaflet, open carton and insert stuff with leaflet into cartons, printing batch number and close carton automatically.
This machine adopts horizontal configuration, PLC control system, photocell detector installed in each station enables stable running.

- PLC control and touch screen, adopt human-machine operation system
- Lubrication system is centralized.
- No packing object, stop feeding leaflet.
- No leaflets, stop feeding cartons.
- Machine will not execute inserting action in case of no packing objects or in wrong position; when packing objects supply recovers, machine will run automatically.
- Auto stop in case that the object is not inserted correctly.
- Auto stop in case cartons run out and Auto stop in case that leaflets run out.
- Mechanical overload protection arrangement.
- Auto display of speed and auto counting.
