GZB1000 high-speed filling production line for pre-filled syringes is aimed at box-type pre-filled syringes, which completes a series of actions such as unpacking, tearing film, removing liner paper, filling and plugging, and realizes the filling and sealing of liquid medicine. The high-speed filling production line of pre-filling syringe adopts box-type non-washing and non-extinguishing syringe, which does not need cleaning and sterilization, so there is no need to configure cleaning machine, dryer and other equipment, which can reduce equipment cost and pollution risk.
