This production line is applied for filling syrup, oral liquid, tincture, lotion, agrochemical, solvent etc. in the field of pharmaceutical, foodstuff, agrochemical, chemical, fully meet GMP regulation. Full complete line accomplishes automatic unscrambling, air rinsing, piston pump filling screw capping, induction sealing, labeling. Whole line covers a small area, running stably, economic and practical.

4.Characteristic
- It adopts automatic bottle unscrambling instead of manual work, saving manpower.
- Purified air is used to rinse bottles, ensuring clean bottles It is also equipped with the electrostatic
- eliminating high ion wind device.
- It adopts the piston metering pump to fill liquids of various viscosity with high precision. The pump can be easily disassembled, making cleaning and sterilization convenient.
- The seal ring of the piston metering pump is made of different kinds of materials such as silicon rubber, Teflon and etc. Ceramic material can also be used in special applications.
- The whole line adopts the PLC control system with variable frequency speed control and high degree of automation.
- The filling volume can be conveniently adjusted: The filling volume of all metering pumps can be adjusted in one step, or fine adjustment of each pump can be made according to the need. It is featured by convenient operation and quick adjustment.
- The filling system is provided with the anti-leaking device, realizing filling from the bottom, rising slowly and avoiding bubbles.
