The production capacity of this line can be made up to 200 bottles/min (the speed ranges from 50 to 200 bottles/min, varies on products). It is suitable for big production of lyophilized injectable or other sterile liquid.
The line is developed by our technical personnel with imported advanced technology and material. Its structure is more reasonable and practical. It integrates GMP requirements into the designing of the machinery so that the machines are without contamination and easy to clean. It can ensure producing qualified drugs.
2. The line commonly consists of
- Washing machine (by water and air alternately, both inside and outside of bottles are processed)
- Tunnel dryer (or sterilizer)
- Filling and plugging monoblock
- Capping machine
- Light inspection machine (faulty rejection)
- Labeling machine (with coding function as option)

About 12,000 bottles/hour (filling volume as 2ml)

4. Characteristics
The whole line has a nice exterior looking, at same time it is very easy to clean and maintain.
Contact metallic part is made of St. St. 316L, non-contact metallic parts as St. St. 304. Others and made of FDA approved materials.
Various vials can be applied by changing size parts.
No bottle, no fill arrangement.
Filling nozzles adopt anti-dripping design. Dosing precision is high.
Running is very stable, low breakage ratio.
Very low noises when in operation, quiet running is possible.
Advanced automation controls are applied by employing PLC and HMI.
