WKFS series powder filling and plugging machine is a new generation of high speed screw filling machine, it is strictly manufactured as per the GMP, used for antibiotic, sterile, aseptic powder packing in cleaning room in vials and bottles. This machine equipped with laminar flow hood, and it can be equipped with Rabs, isolator as per customer requirements.
All the contact parts like powder drive screws, hopper, filling nozzles are made of SUS316L which be processed by CNC.
The filling machine adopts 2/4 filling heads and 1-2 stoppering heads and it adopts graduators system to conduct high speed filling process.
