Product Description

YGS linear filling and screwing (capping) machine adopts 316L stainless steel plunger metering pump for filling. It integrates automatic capping, automatic screwing (capping) cap, electromechanical, economical and practical, and occupies a small area. Widely used in liquid packaging in pharmaceutical, food, pesticide, chemical, cosmetic and other industries, in line with GMP requirements.

Characteristic

• Filling and capping machine, small footprint, servo drive, HMI to adjust the filling volume, easy to operate and quick to adjust;
• The plunger type metering pump is used for filling, which is suitable for liquids of various viscosities and has high precision; the structure of the pump adopts a quick-connect disassembly mechanism for easy cleaning and disinfection. Online CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization system can be selected.
• Piston rings of plunger metering pumps are made of silicone rubber, tetrafluoroethylene or other materials according to different industries and liquid components, and ceramic materials are used for special occasions.
• PLC control system frequency conversion speed regulation, high degree of automation;
• The filling needle is designed with an anti-drip device, which sneaks into the bottom of the bottle when filling, and rises slowly to prevent foaming;
