1.Introduction
DYG is a monoblock liquid filling machine our company designed for customers who need liquid filling. It adopts 2//4/6/8/10/12 head peristaltic pump or stainless steel piston pump filling and rotation, suitable for pharmaceutical, veterinary and food industry.
This machine consists of cylinder positioning device, bottle outlet track and electric control system. It depends on cylinder to position the bottles, cylinder to push the filling needle up and down to finish the filling.
2.Characteristic
2/4/6/8/10/12 station stainless steel pumps or peristaltic pump for filling.
One machine can be for filling, rubber stoppering and capping function.
All contact parts are made with SS316L, and other steel parts are made with SS304
Structure is simple, with good appearance, convenient to clean up
Anti-dripping management, and auto display function
