QCL Automatic ultrasonic vial washing machine

The bottle is brought into the bottle through the net, the sprinkler device is filled with water into the cleaning tank after the bottle, after ultrasonic cleaning, the bottle is lifted from the lifting block along the coarse washing water tank, and the smooth lifting is sent to the large drum manipulator, the robot grips the bottle and flips it 180 °, and the bottle mouth enters the washing station downwards:
1. High pressure circulating water to rinse the outer wall of the bottle;
2. The first and second groups of spray needles are inserted into the bottle Circulating water to rinse the inner wall of the bottle;
3. The third group of spray pins is inserted into the bottle to flush compressed air to clean the inner wall of the bottle;
4. The fourth group of spray needles flushed purified water to clean the inner wall of the bottle;
5. The fifth and sixth groups of spray needles flush compressed air to flush the inner wall of the bottle;
6. Finally, the compressed air blows dry the outer wall of the bottle. The robot returns the bottle to the right, and pushes the bottle into the oven or out of the bottle plate by the bottle wheel to complete the whole process of bottle cleaning.
This machine is a vertical bowl structure, using a manipulator to pinch the bottle, flip, nozzle to do reciprocating tracking mode, the use of ultrasonic rough washing and water vapor independent separate alternate jet flushing principle, the container one by one cleaning, to avoid cross-contamination.
The combination of ultrasonic cleaning and water vapor pressure jet cleaning is the most popular cleaning equipment in the world and the best clarity of the bottle.
Workflow
Unpacking and bottling→ spraying water → ultrasonic rough washing → hanging dragon into the bottle→ wheel lifting → manipulator clamping bottle → manipulator flipping bottle → (outer wall spray rinsing)→ the first circulating water rinse bottle inner wall (the first compressed air blowing inner wall)→ the second downgrade water washing bottle inner wall (second compressed air blowing inner wall)→ the third injection water flushing bottle inner wall (third compressed air blowing inner wall)→ the manipulator flip bottle → bottle outer wall jet → the wheel out of the bottle→ loading or into the oven
PLC programmable man-machine interface control, electro-eye monitoring of bottle in and out, and with automatic waste removal function, automatic shutdown when faulty, saving manual conditions, to ensure the normal operation of the entire unit.

The parts in contact with the liquid are made of 316L material, high-quality silicone pipe or glassware, the outer parts are made of 304-2B stainless steel plate, and the rest of the parts are also in full compliance with the 2020 GMP requirements.
