WFI- TWO STAGE REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM
According to the raw water quality report and the output water quality requirement of the customer, we can provide you a full range of configuration about purified water equipment. The purified water system satisfies the requirements of cGMP, USP43 and EP10.
- Structural form: Modular design, compact structure, beautiful layout and convenient operation and maintenance;
- Pretreatment double softener: It can realize series operation and alternate regeneration by using the valve group. Each softener has 100% water supply capacity. The whole process of softener operation, backwashing, salt absorption, regeneration, forward washing, etc. adopts full-automatic programmed control;
- Pumps: Both the raw water pump and the first and second stage high-pressure pumps adopt frequency conversion control, which can not only realize different pressure control of the filter and softener under various operating conditions, but also realize low-speed and small circulation of the produced water during the standby mode of the system, greatly reducing the probability of microbial breeding and effectively saving energy;
- The system terminal adopts smart water collection design and Unqualified water recycle design, that is, when the produced water is qualified, the product enters the purified water tank through two pipelines, and when the produced water is unqualified, it flows back to the middle water tank after being circulated through two pipelines. When the purified water tank is full, it will automatically switch to the circulation pipeline to effectively avoid the existence of empty pipes and ensure that there is no dead water;
- Stainless steel pipe is used to stretch the elbow directly to avoid welding. For the welding of pipes and fittings, argon protected automatic welding (single-sided welding and double-sided forming process) is used as much as possible to ensure the welding quality and electro-chemical polishing after welding;
- Provide endoscopy photos, weld joint drawings, pressure test and pickling passivation reports, system design documents and other verification data;
- The control system adopts HMI + PLC full-automatic control. Various communication modes can be provided. Control system permission level: at least three levels of permission can be set;
- Add SCADA online system to realize data acquisition and online monitoring and control;
- Online monitoring of conductivity, temperature, flow and other parameters.
- Using the middle water storage tank as the buffer tank to realize cleaning on-line, no need the separate cleaning system.
- Recording mode: you can choose the paperless recorder for paperless records and also can choose paper recorder to records the key parameters in real time.
