MOBILE CIP WASHING STATION

 

The mobile CIP washing station is designed for the unassembled washing of fermenters, vessels, pipelines.
The system is fully automated and can wash containers with a volume of 20 to 1000 liters.
The CIP sink consists of two tanks with a working volume of 100 liters, a steam heat exchanger, two centrifugal pumps (supply and return) with a capacity of 2.2 and 4 kW (50Hz), two peristaltic pumps, a control unit, instrumentation (temperature, pressure, electrical conductivity sensors).

 

Application
Widely used in the beverage, dairy, juice, beer, sugar, biological pharmaceutical automatic production process.
The small portable CIP online cleaning system mainly used in biological fermentation, the pharmaceutical industry.
