Product Description

KFS series screw filling machine is the main equipment for powder injection production line. The main working principle is to adopt motors to control powder conveying screw to certain number. In this way, it can fill the vial with precise dosage of powder and add the stoppers automatically. It uses double conveyor, double screw filling, and double track auto stopper-coming and stopper-adding. All these can insure that the net weight error of the powder added into the vial is strictly controlled within the requirements. The main structure consists of inlet and outlet bottle parts, double screw filling heads, rubber stopper oscillator and stopper-adding parts, graduator, transmission parts and controlling parts.
