Main purpose
The filling and capping machine for oral liquid in glass bottles is mainly used for filling and capping of 5-20ml oral liquid in the pharmaceutical and health care industries. It has the functions of stopping filling without bottles and stopping without caps.
This machine can be used alone or combined with tunnel sterilization dryer (hereinafter referred to as dryer) and ultrasonic cleaning (hereinafter referred to as cleaning machine) to form an oral liquid linkage production line. High capacity, good quality, stable and reliable operation, convenient operation, and the whole production process conforms to the requirements of the new GMP.

Working principle
This machine adopts rotary filling and sealing. The oral liquid bottles from the sterilization dryer move forward to the bottle unscrambler plate of the filling mill through the dryer's bottle outlet mesh belt, and then the bottles go through the bottle unscrambler plate sequence and directly enter the big dial wheel.
The rotary tracking filling is carried out on the big dialing wheel. After filling, it enters the cap hanging dialing wheel. After the cap hanging is completed on the stainless-steel puller, it enters the capping dialing wheel. After capping with a single knife, it enters the bottle pulling wheel and directly exits the bottle tray. (The filling mode and bottle discharging mode of the oral liquid filling mill can be configured according to the needs of users.)

Features
-Single head single pole technology
1. The single knife is a rotary single knife, so that the bottle can be bottled in and out without lifting; the capping angle is large, and the effective capping time is long.
2. The upper and lower synchronous power of capping ensures the correct rotation of the cap during capping and the effect of capping.
3. Automatic fine-tuning of the structure of the rolling knife: the up and down floating of the rolling knife is completed by the spring without any sliding friction resistance.
4. Composite multifunctional rolling knife: one knife has two functions of edge closing and locking at the same time, and it has the same capping effect as compared with three knifes.
- Big dial wheel ensures stable bottle feeding.
- Servo-driven filling, HMI to adjust the filling volume, the filling principle adopts 316L stainless steel plunger pump or ceramic pump, and peristaltic pump can also be used.
- Online CIP/SIP cleaning and sterilization system is optional.
-It has the functions of stopping filling when there is no bottle and stopping when there is no cap.
- Constant pitch work from filling to capping.
