4.Characteristic
- Adopt conveyor in-feed table, save labor, higher efficient.
- Rinsing botte by purified air, ensure the cleanliness, and with the electrostatic eliminating high ion wind device.
- Volumetric piston pump to fill high precision, fit to light liquid and medium viscosity product, pump is easily taken down, convenient to clean and sterilize.
- Seal ring of piston pump is made of different kinds of material, such as silicone, Teflon etc., optional ceramic pump in special use.
- PLC control system, frequency conversion adjustable speed.
- Minor adjustment for each pump. Easy and quick operate.
- Filling system has the function of shrinking, no drop leakage. Top bottom fi, mostly reduce foam.
- Rotary filing superiority: small floor space, run continuous, high efficiency.
